OLIAF Energy & Trading SARL

Privacy policy

Version dated 23 October 2026 · Website launched on 23 October 2026

1. Data controller and contact

The controller for requests submitted to the company is OLIAF Energy & Trading SARL, with share capital of 5,000,000 FCFA, registered under RCCM TG-LFW-01-2024-B12-00916 and tax identification number (NIF) 1001960086. Its registered office stated in the articles of association is in Lomé, Hédzranawoé district, in the building opposite the Polyclinique Internationale Saint Joseph, Togo.

For questions about your data or to exercise your rights: contact@oliaf.com. You may also write to the company's registered office.

2. Information collected

  • Quote requests: name, company if provided, telephone number and calling code if provided, client profile, relevant division, country and description of requirements.
  • Request tracking: selected channel (WhatsApp or email), creation and modification dates, status and any internal notes.
  • Administrator accounts: email address, authentication information and account identifier. Passwords are not displayed in the quote tracking dashboard.
  • Technical operation: services delivering and operating the website may process connection data, including IP addresses and browser information. Their scope and retention periods are specified by the providers concerned.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required to prepare a request. Telephone and company are optional. The form does not ask for your email address; if you send a message from your email application, OLIAF receives your address and the content through that service.

Do not include identity documents, passwords, banking information or sensitive data in your message unless necessary and agreed beforehand.

3. When is a request recorded?

Once the required fields are completed and you click “Send via WhatsApp” or “Send by email”, the website starts recording your request in OLIAF's tracking area and then opens the selected service with a prefilled message.

Recording is independent of sending the message: a request may be retained even if you do not confirm sending in WhatsApp or your email application. Connection problems may prevent recording. Opening the service does not prove the message was sent; you must confirm sending within that service.

4. Purposes and legal grounds

Information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, contact you when contact details are available and track discussions. Account information identifies people accessing the administration area and manages that access.

Request processing supports the precontractual steps you ask us to take. Management and security of administrative access serve the company's legitimate operating needs within applicable legal limits. Legal obligations may justify retaining certain records if a contractual relationship follows.

The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Any later marketing use would require appropriate information and a legal basis.

5. Recipients and external services

Recorded requests are accessible in the administration area only to accounts with the administrator role, for processing by OLIAF. Lovable Cloud supports recording and authentication.

If you choose WhatsApp, the prefilled message is passed to that service when it opens. If you choose email, it is passed to your email application; sending and receiving involve your email providers and OLIAF's. Their own policies apply to their processing.

The website also loads fonts through Google Fonts, so the browser contacts Google's servers when loading them. These services may receive technical connection information.

The exact contractual list of providers and processors may be clarified on request at contact@oliaf.com. The complete articles of association and shareholders' private data are not published on the website.

6. Hosting and international transfers

Technical services, WhatsApp, email applications and Google Fonts may involve processing outside Togo. Actual hosting countries and safeguards for possible transfers have not been confirmed at this stage.

Before updating this policy, OLIAF checks these matters and any formalities required under Togolese law. This policy does not certify that transfer authorisation or certification has been obtained.

7. Retention periods

Specific retention periods for quotes, accounts, technical logs and WhatsApp or email exchanges remain to be defined and approved by OLIAF according to their purposes and applicable obligations.

The website currently has no automatic deletion of quote requests. This version therefore does not promise deletion by a specified date. A deletion request may be sent to the contact above and will be assessed under applicable rights and obligations.

8. Browser storage and cookies

Authentication uses browser session storage to provide access to the administration area. Closing a tab does not necessarily sign you out; use the sign-out function, particularly on a shared device.

The pages and form reviewed do not include advertising or an audience measurement tool added by OLIAF. Technical mechanisms of the hosting platform and external services remain described with reservations. This is not a guarantee that all cookies or trackers are absent.

9. Your rights

Under applicable law, you may in particular request access to your personal data, correction or deletion, and object to certain processing. Legal restrictions and any retention obligations will be considered.

Send your request to contact@oliaf.com specifying the right concerned and the details needed to find your request. If necessary, proportionate identity verification may be requested; do not spontaneously send a complete copy of your identity document.

In Togo, data protection is governed in particular by Law No. 2019-014 of 29 October 2019. You may contact the personal data protection authority (IPDCP), which receives complaints about processing: official IPDCP contact details, or contact@ipdcp.tg.

10. Policy updates

This policy must be updated if the form, services or processing practices change. The version date appears at the top of this page.
